"Time", Bill's first effort as a solo artist, is a collection of 10 original instrumental compositions showcasing Bill's unique blend of jazz, fusion, latin, and gospel. "Time" has a unique sound which may remind some of "big band" though with a more contemporary jazz fusion flair. The use of horn section writing fused with a churning rhythm section is definitely at the heart of "Time's" overall sound.
